Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the shipping carrier, the shipment may be returned to LUXE and Stitch, which can cause delays.
 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Shipment Lost in Transit

If carrier tracking shows that your shipment was lost in transit, please contact LUXE and Stitch within 30 days.
 We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Policy

Please contact us if your product arrives with issues including (but not limited to):

• Stains
• Deformation
• Printing defects

How to Return a Product

Step 1:
Email our support team at support@luxeandstitch.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2:
Provide clear photos showing the issue or defect.

Step 3:
If the issue is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Luxe & Stitch.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, unstained, unscented, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Do not remove tags
• Items with visible wear, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back at the customer’s expense without a refund.

Return Timeframe

• Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery
• Returned packages must be shipped within 7 days after approval
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

Important Notes

• Luxe & Stitch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen afterward
• Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, or improper care is not eligible for return
• Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for shipping refunds

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not available.
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Customers may place a new order if desired.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
